「ダイヤの原石」に出会うための企画展

この企画展 Art of the Rough Diamonds(ダイヤの原石)展は、優れた作家性を持った、知的障害のある作家たちをご紹介します。

【コンセプト】

これは一般的な障がい者の作品展ではありません。彼らの作品の中でもアートとして評価されるべきものを一堂に集め、純粋にその才能に焦点を当て、一作家として彼らを紹介させていただきます。そしてその作品性をもっと多くの方に評価いただき、楽しんでいただきたい。それがこの企画展の根っこにある想いです。

そして作品の展示販売を通じて、彼らが属する福祉施設、ならびに作家個人への還元を行ない、彼らに誇りと実益をもたらす一つの機会になればと願っています。

会期：平成27年12月12日（土）～18日（金） 11：00～18：00

THIS IS THE EXHIBITION TO BUMP INTO THE ROUGH DIAMOND ARTISTS.

The exhibition aims to introduce the artists with an intellectual disability by focusing on not their disability but their creativity. We hope that the event will create equal opportunity for them as artists.

We also expect that the exhibition gives them the opportunity to be proud of themselves as they are and to make profit for them and their welfare institutions.
